we are working on our third project with shane. the first two were very positive thanks in part to shane’s knowledge and connections in the workings of H U D. we had some bumps with the first project because of H U D but shane was able to sherpard us through them. the third project is going smoothly. he answers the phone when we call or returns calls quickly. i have found that few do that and to me that was important. he is honest, truthful, very knowledgeable, and has access to valuable information. he has become a friend through these projects although we did not know him before. we highly recommend him as we already have to a friend. gene roth

Shane has got to be one of the best realtors I’ve ever dealt with. He was always easy to get ahold of, even on the weekends. His expertise in local neighborhoods was top notch. He was always very respectful of any decisions made, and was never pushy on any part of the purchase experience. Shane would even give me his opinion of whichever house I was looking at if I asked, and would let me know whether or not certain homes were in unfavorable situations/areas. If after looking at a house, i wanted to look at another one that I had found, he would jump on the phone and try to get us in that house for a walk-through that day, if possible. If you are looking for a foreclosure or a short sale home, this is your man, he knows all the ins and outs of both of those areas like the back of his hand.
