I HIGHLY recommend Shane to those who want 100% honesty and a no bull experience. He scheduled showings with me immediately, and even met me within 30 minutes multiple times. He helped me understand the process, as I was a first time home buyer. There was some communication lag a couple of times due to his assistant not doing his job, which caused some delayed responses, but it all came through strong in the end. I have to say, when the sellers Realtor was not doing her part, Shane lit that fire and got things done when it wasn’t his job to babysit. I greatly appreciate all the hard work, especially on a relatively low cost sale.
