This is our first episode of Real Estate Money and More Podcast. Part of this episode covers who we are and where we came from. Then I transition into part of the book I have coming out with Brian Tracy called Transform. This focuses on the mindset of an investor and entrepreneur specifically the difference between trading and investing.

I have to say looking back, I learned a lot during the process but part of me wishes I Took an easier path. I guess this was meant to be so I could help teach others what I have learned

Will there ever be a good real estate investment again (20:10) This was a mindset shift that I needed to have to understand the difference between investing in real estate and trading real estate.
