Yesterday I was driving to an appointment and saw Lady Liberty dancing on the side of the road. Most of us know that is advertisement for Liberty Tax Services, but I always chuckle when I see it. The way they chose to advertise to us is to have Lady Liberty (a symbol of this great country that takes the taxes) to dance. Is it a celebration of collecting taxes? Most people pay too much throughout the year for taxes so the dancing is supposed to be you getting your own money back. I guess that deserves a dance.
What Does This Have to do With Real Estate
I have no intentions of dancing for anyone (trust me you wouldn’t want to see that anyways). The thought though did bring me to taxes and retirement accounts. So many people have no idea that you can buy real estate inside of your retirement account.
