Just One More Thing and We Are Good

I was working with a new system yesterday to get some new webinar’s ready. Since it was a new system and I had run webinar’s before I thought I knew all the steps. I got through most of them and then the system asked me about a different step in the process. I like working with this system and company because they have done millions of webinars and have the process down to a science.

The one step I was asked if I had completed I did not even know existed. This step was non-essential in completing a webinar, but has been proven to increase response by almost 8%. Basically all of this companies clients employ this tactic and see success from it. So naturally I wanted to as well. I found out the step took a bit of work to complete, but was worth it. I have been doing webinar’s for a bit now and never even knew this existed.
What Does This Have To Do With Real Estate

The process got me thinking about real estate (shocker right). How many clients in selling or buying a home have this same issue. Maybe they have bought or sold real estate before. Maybe their parents, grandparents, friends whomever have bought or sold before and are telling them the process. The question I have it are they missing out on something they didn’t even know existed?

Let me give you an example. Last week I posted about the future of pictures for a listing. We all know good quality pictures are a must to sell a property today. However the future is going to the digital imaging and 3d walk through. I imagine in a few short years it will become VR (virtual Reality). If you haven’t read that post yet CLICK HERE.

What if your advisers (Parents or maybe even a Realtor) did not even know about this technology or how to employ it in the marketplace? Could you still sell your home…..Probably. Could you be leaving money on the table….Probably.
